I would be interested in hearing about all the unqualified candidates that you get from this note - and what about them makes them disqualified. My sense is that everyone thinks that they can be a VC, but precious few are qualified to actually do it.

How I wish the VC companies in Israel were looking to hire associates... sigh... as I am not moving back to the States (unless I get a job at Fbook :)

eric - i'm guessing theres also a large diff between associate-level vcs and partner-level vcs (the former being more financially/analytically focused simply given their job responsibilities)
